Mumbai: Veteran actor Punit Issar reflecting on his enduring friendship with fellow actor Pankaj Dheer, revealed that their bond has remained strong for over four decades.

Puneet Issar wrote, “Finally it’s starting to sink in. My best friend. My brother. No more. It’s really a big loss for everyone… his family… the film fraternity… his fans… It’s a big loss for me personally too. The bond we shared was special. We work in an industry where friendships only work according to the project… We have mostly permanent enemies but temporary friends… But Pankaj and I have formed a friendship.” Shared an unbreakable bond that lasted for more than 40 years. We had each other’s support. The journey we shared.. he was one of the real men.. straight forward.. honest.. to the point..real..calling a spade a spade…and not bowing down to anyone…his The legacy lives on.” His son Nikitin, his wife Neeta, daughter Nitika.
