New Delhi: Bollywood’s long-running adult comedy franchise Masti is all set to return with its fourth instalment. Actor Riteish Deshmukh has officially announced that Masti 4 will release in theatres. 21 November 2025It’s been more than two decades since the release of the original film.

Sharing the update via social media, Deshmukh posted, “The craziness gets bigger! India’s No. 1 naughtiest franchise coming to you, trailer coming soon!” Their announcement was also accompanied by a new poster depicting the franchise’s trademark vibrant, chaotic energy.

About Masti Franchise
First released in 2004, Masti was directed by Indra Kumar and was based on the misadventures of three married men, played by Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani, who find themselves in bizarre and often compromising situations while attempting to escape their mundane domestic lives. The film, known for its adult humor and over-the-top scenarios, spawned two sequels: Grand Masti (2013) and Great Grand Masti (2016), both of which ventured into riskier territory.
In August, Tusshar Kapoor shared a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from the sets of Masti 4 on social media, where he was seen posing with the film’s crew.
Expressing his gratitude, the Golmaal actor thanked the team for warmly welcoming him to the franchise. He wrote, “#Masti4…with the people who mattered most last month! Thank you to team #Masti for the warm welcome to this franchise, thank you to my brother @milapzaveri for his kindness and passion for his work, and to my team for supporting me through all the difficult times.”
Directed by Milap Zaveri, Masti 4 is the fourth installment of the popular Masti series. The film will see the return of Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani reprising their original roles, along with newcomers including Elnaaz Norouzi and Roohi Singh in pivotal roles.
