Britney Spears has returned to social media after a short hiatus. The musician shared a cryptic post about protecting her peace, which came after her ex-husband Kevin Federline accused him of poor parenting in his memoir. Before deactivating her account, the singer responded to her ex’s claims, calling them disgusting.

In a post posted by Spears on her Instagram, the singer wrote, “So much has happened this year, it’s crazy…” She added, “Bring your ballerinas [slippers]Draw boundaries and set your boundaries. This is incredibly strict and somewhat of a form of prayer, but with so many infinite possibilities in life, it’s important for you to do it and keep it simple.
Britney Spears’ stay in rehab is tough
Before deactivating her social media accounts, Spears reflected on her difficult stay in rehab at the end of her 13-year conservatorship. In his now-deleted Instagram post on October 19, the musician recalled that he didn’t have a private door and was forced not to step outside, reports People Magazine.
She claimed, “I feel the logic and mindfulness in my body because one was murdered and destroyed, 100 percent… I feel like my wings were taken away, and the brain damage happened a long time ago, 100 percent.”
Meanwhile, apart from the long caption on social media, the singer also left fans worried by returning with an attractive picture. In the picture, Britney can be seen wearing lingerie. For the top, she opted to wear a black and white lace bra, and underneath, she paired her underpants from the waist down with cowboy boots.

Earlier, the mother of two had also shared a video of herself dancing with bruises on her arms. “This is appalling,” a source said in response to the post. He added, “So there’s a lot of discussion about what to do, if anything. How do we save him from himself?”
Kevin Federline’s allegations
Kevin Federline, in his memoir, You Thought You Knew, details Spears snorting cocaine before breastfeeding her sons. The actor-dancer recalled seeing his ex-wife taking drugs with her friend at the party. Federline said he was angry and upset because the musician would feed the children after going home.
In an excerpt from her book, Federline claimed, “It was really disturbing because of the danger to the children.”
However, in response to the allegations, Spears wrote on her X account, referring to her sons, “I will always love them, and if you really knew me, you wouldn’t pay attention to the tabloids about my mental health and drinking.” She said that she has been trying to live a chaste and private life for the last 5 years, but she had to speak out because she has been through a lot.
