Mumbai: Bigg Boss 19 contestant and actor Abhishek Bajaj has recently been evicted from the reality game show. While Bajaj was inside the house, his ex-wife Akanksha Jindal went on record and accused Abhishek of cheating and infidelity when they were together.
Reacting to all this, Abhishek Bajaj has now taken Akanksha to task. Speaking to IANS, when Abhishek was asked about his ex-wife’s allegations, he said, “She is ex for a reason. Our relationship is a thing of the past. We met in our growing up days; we got together and then parted ways. That’s all.”
He further added, “I have reached where I am today in life because of my hard work and toil day and night. People love and respect me a lot and I have seen myself grow. I have truly become a part of many people’s lives, like a member of their own family.” She elaborated, “Some people can’t digest it. Bashing men is in fashion, and that’s what she was trying to do. When you grow up in life, such social parasites and fame diggers enter your life only to get their two minutes of fame which they will get through you and your success. Everyone who moves ahead in life has to face such people.”

Talking about the allegations he said, “It’s a very old thing, and she’s talking about it now when I have more fame. She didn’t talk about it when we separated. Just think about her intentions and what she’s really trying to achieve by doing all this. All I want is for her to get a good name, fame and a good partner. Hope she moves on from my chapter.”

Akanksha, who was seen participating in several interviews, was seen calling out Abhishek Bajaj for being unfaithful to her in their marriage and accused him of infidelity. She had also criticized Abhishek for his equation with co-contestant Ashnoor Kaur, who was almost 11 years younger than him, on her social media account.
Moreover, in an exclusive chat with IANS, Abhishek was also called out by host Salman Khan for age-shaming his 61-year-old co-contestant and veteran actress Kunika Sadanand. To this he said, “I don’t understand what the fuss is about. She is 65 years old and a grandmother. I respectfully call her ‘Dadi’, which is who she is in real life too. I love my grandmother very much.”
He further added, “She wants us all to just listen to her, never talk back, never question her. But at the end of the day, she also calls herself independent, strong and a ‘gundi’ (don). I mean, we will definitely express our views respectfully but in our own style. This is not some old age home where we will take care of her.”
