The film was announced Saturday during The Hallmark Christmas Experience: A Hometown Holiday. The program aired right after Lacey’s new film, She’s Making a List. The collaboration with Disney will air during the 17th annual Countdown to Christmas in 2026. The project will be written and directed by Ryan Landells.

Holiday Ever After: Plot

The official logline for Holiday Ever After reads, “Lindsay (Chabert) and her extended family head to Walt Disney World to spend a magical Christmas together. But the dream of a blissful vacation is quickly shattered when Lindsay discovers that her room is next to that of Philip (Van Winkle), her recent disastrous first date, who was also there on a family trip.”

As Lindsay and Phillip’s paths cross during their stay, they realize they are not so different from each other. The synopsis reads, “Thanks to some magic from Walt Disney World, a holiday wish made by Lindsay at the Cinderella Fountain may turn their rivalry into romance.”
