Mumbai: On the occasion of Vijay Diwas on Tuesday, the makers of the upcoming film “Border 2” unveiled the teaser of the patriotic war drama, offering a glimpse of India’s tribute to bravery and sacrifice.
Producers T-Series Films and Anurag Singh shared the glimpse on Instagram with the caption: “Awaaz kahan tak jaani chahiye… This year’s #VijayDiwas, celebrate the most awaited teaser of this year. #Border2 in theaters on 23rd January 2026.”
The teaser gives an impressive glimpse of the four leads, Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty, as they step into their respective roles in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force, each presented in moments full of bravery, intensity and purpose.

The video is filled with Sunny Deol’s iconic war-scared avatar, Varun’s fierce intensity on duty, Diljit’s raw strength and determination amidst the conflict and Ahaan’s courage and fortitude as he braves the battle.
As the battalions advance, naval fleets are crossing the sea and fighter planes are flying in the sky, underlined by a stirring background score of the song ‘Hindustan Meri Jaan’ that elevates the emotions.
The clip ends with Sunny saying: “How far should the voice go?” On which “To Lahore!” Can be heard in response.
Along with the men, the teaser also features actors Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Medha Rana and Anya Singh.
Inspired by the true events that shaped this war, Border 2 promises to be a heartfelt tribute to the courage, unity and sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces.
Border 2 is presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series and JP Dutta’s JP Films. Backed by a powerful production team including Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi Dutta and directed by Anurag Singh.
It is scheduled to release on 23 January 2026.
Earlier this year on August 15, producer Nidhi Dutta had told IANS in an interview that the spirit of patriotism is timeless and eternal and she believes that the upcoming war film “Border 2” will rekindle this flame in today’s youth, inspiring them to serve the country and become the army of tomorrow.
Talking about how Border has a strong theme of patriotism and how Border 2 reflects the spirit of the current era and the story of heroism, Nidhi had said: “Patriotism is like love…it’s eternal and it’s timeless! It’s something that will always be in our veins, no matter which generation we come from…Living for your country can’t change…”
He added, “And this film will once again rekindle the flame of patriotism among today’s youth and hopefully inspire them to become the army of tomorrow.”
