Who am I?
The actress we are talking about is none other than Mayuri Kango, who shot to fame with the track ‘Ghar Se Nikalte Hi’ from ‘Papa Kehte Hain’ (1996) with Jugal Hansraj. She did her schooling from St. Francis de Sales, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and was a student of Devagiri College, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. His mother is a famous stage actress, who introduced him to acting.

His big break came while visiting his mother in Mumbai. Director Saeed Akhtar Mirza offered him a role in the Bollywood film Naseem (1995), based on the Babri Masjid demolition. He initially rejected the offer due to his board exams but later accepted it. Eventually, he got a Mahesh Bhatt film – Papa Kehte Hain (1996).

According to her LinkedIn profile, Mayuri Congo describes herself as a ‘passionate marketer’ who started her corporate journey in 2007 as Associate Media Manager at American digital agency 360i. In 2009, she moved to New York-based advertising firm Resolution Media. From 2010 to 2012, Congo served as Associate Director (Media) at Boston-based experiential agency Digitas.
In 2016, he took up the role of Managing Director at Performix, a performance marketing agency under Publicis Groupe. In March 2019, Mayuri joined Google India and now Mayuri has rejoined Publicis Groupe in August 2025.

Mayuri married an NRI named Aditya Dhillon on 28 December 2003 in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. In 2011, the couple welcomed a son.

Most recently, he is the CEO at Publicis Global Delivery.
