Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan made a stunning appearance as he showed off his effortless style and charm on the red carpet at the Joy Awards 2026 in Riyadh.
In a video shared by the official social media handle of Joy Awards, the ‘Pathan’ star expressed his happiness at being a part of the event, and said that he wants to spend a holiday in Saudi Arabia.
Shahrukh said, “It’s always nice to come here. I remember the first one, and it’s bigger, more beautiful, and it feels good to be back.”

She also reflected on the overwhelming response and love from her fans in Saudi Arabia, saying, “It’s excellent. Even when I first came here, and even now, to know that people like my work here, it’s very encouraging, it’s very honoring, it’s very respectful, and I love it. I think everyone is very warm, sweet, and hospitable here.”
Noting that he had previously shot one of his films in Saudi Arabia, the actor expressed his desire to spend more time.
He shared, “I love the places here, and everything I’ve been to, and the culture, and the people, and the food. It’s really nice to be here. I wish I could spend more time. I spent about 12 days last time, but now I want to stay and come for holidays, not work.”
Shah Rukh Khan was among the star-studded celebrities who were in attendance at the 2026 Joy Awards, including Millie Bobby Brown, Katy Perry and ‘Squid Game’ stars Lee Jung-jae and Lee Byung-hun. For the event, she chose an all-black ensemble, which included a black blazer with matching trousers.

On the work front, Shahrukh will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘King’, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures.
On his 60th birthday last year, the makers released a teaser of the film, which featured entertaining visuals, fast-paced action and a darker, more intense version of Khan than audiences have ever seen before.
With silver hair, sharp expressions and a contemplative aura, the actor embodies a ruthless and mysterious personality.
In a standout moment, SRK delivers a brilliant dialogue that immediately caught the attention of the audience, where he says, “Kitne khoon kiyaye, yaad nahin. Were good people or bad, never asked. Just saw the realization in their eyes that this is their last mother-in-law. And I am the reason for that.”
The video also features a subtle detail, where Khan can be seen holding a “King of Hearts card”, a nod to his long-standing title as the “King of Hearts” both on and off screen. At the end of the teaser the actor says, “Dar nahi deshath hoon.”
The film also reportedly stars his daughter Suhana. More details about the remaining cast and release date are yet to be revealed.
