Jennifer Lopez’s science-fiction film Atlas has dropped on Netflix and the initial response to the film has been hailed as ‘spectacular’ by audiences, but that doesn’t seem to put a stop to the growing rumours of her split with Ben Affleck. Now, it seems the singer has taken a cryptic dig at those speculating without knowing the story.
Jennifer Lopez under pressure from Netflix, sends message amid separation rumors
For the past several months, the apparent rift between the couple, who rekindled their decade-old love to tie the knot in 2022, has been the talk of the internet. Multiple sources and close friends quoted by US outlets reported that both Jen and Ben are on “completely different pages” right now and JLo is seeking help from Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner, with whom the singer has a very good relationship.

Standing in front of a giant billboard, the Love Don’t Cost a Thing singer posed for a photo in front of Netflix’s latest billboard, which was promoting her latest film Atlas with the streaming giant. Not one or two, Lopez dropped multiple selfies after revealing on TikTok why she went there in the first place.
The 54-year-old actress said in a video detailing her trip on Friday, “A lot of people messaged me yesterday telling me about the billboard Netflix put up for Atlas so I wanted to see it for myself.” She captioned her video, “And a little friendly reminder from out there.”
The recent photos saw 53-year-old Jennifer Lopez in a more glamorous look with casual wear (a cropped grey shirt and sweatpants) and styled hair and makeup. This comes after she sternly shut down a reporter’s question about her divorce rumours earlier this week. According to PageSix, Netflix had instructed all media outlets and paparazzi not to question the singer about her personal life and Ben Affleck.

Many fans believe that Lopez’s recent actions, such as wearing a wedding ring at the Atlas premiere, speaking openly about Affleck in interviews and now posing in front of a billboard with a large message, are her way of dispelling rumors of a split between her and her husband. “Guys are you blind? Can’t you see she just said nothing is over yet,” one fan wrote in the comments section of the photo, exes. Another added, “It seems like everyone is so invested in her relationship, hopefully this message helps.”
“She’s driving the haters crazy with her success and the trolls in the comments are coming at her upset and frustrated. They’re saying whatever they want right now while my girl looks fabulous, stays busy, booked and carefree… Jennifer Lopez is an example, ignore them,” she added.

During her promotions in Mexico, the singer was asked about the rift in her marriage, to which she hit back at the reporter, saying, “You know better than that.” Meanwhile, after briefly removing his wedding ring, Affleck was spotted wearing it again when he moved from his $60 million Beverly Hills mansion to a rental property in Brentwood, where his ex-wife Jennifer Garner also visited him.
