Singer-designer Kanye West’s former executive/personal assistant has sued him for sexual harassment. Lauren Pisciotta filed the suit on June 3. TMZ informed of Lauren has accused Kanye of wrongful termination; she alleges that ‘Kanye fired her after she sent him sexually explicit messages and videos.’ She is suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, and hostile work environment. Kanye’s former assistant sues him for sexual harassment
According to the report, Lauren claims that Kanye would masturbate while on the phone with her and would ask if she could hear or guess what he was doing. She also allegedly claimed that he was fixated on the size of her boyfriend’s penis.
Kanye reportedly hired Lauren in July 2021 when he was putting together his fashion line, Yeezy. She says she even collaborated with him and worked with him on three of Donda’s songs. A year later, she says he told her he wanted to make her ‘like God.’ He asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and she allegedly agreed because he promised to pay her $1 million a year if she did so.
Lauren reveals the message he allegedly sent her
She claims that soon after, Kanye began sending her a series of text messages, one of which was shared by TMZ, which read, “See my problem is I want to have sex but after I have sex I want a girl to tell me how bad it is to be with them while I’m having sex with them. Then I want her to cheat on me…”
TMZ reported that ‘It gets really vulgar after that – with more messages allegedly sent from Lauren describing Kanye’s sexual fantasies with women, including lots of explicit language.’ One of them read, “Is my penis racist? Yes it is. This fucking racist penis of mine. I’m going to beat this fucking racist penis for being fucking racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black butts and beat my racist penis … beat his big black penis.”
In addition, according to the lawsuit, Lauren was sent sexual videos and photographs, including at least two videos of Kanye having sex with a model.
Lauren said she was promoted to chief of staff for Kanye’s various companies while dealing with his alleged behavior and was receiving a $4 million salary. She was fired from her job in October 2022, but claims she received a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but didn’t receive.
