WATCH: Alaya F’s “most painful fail” during a fitness session

Actress Alaya F was recently seen in the hit film ‘Andaz Apna’. Srikanthas shared a blooper from her fitness training session. On Wednesday, the actress shared a video of herself on her Instagram stories section, in which she can be seen trying to climb a gym ball. As she tried to climb on top of the ball, she lost her balance and fell down. Fortunately, there were no such injuries, but the actress felt pain after the fall.

He wrote: “My most painful failure ever. (This is why it’s important not to try this at home without trained supervision and a crash mat). Watch this with the sound on (sic).”

The actress is a fitness enthusiast and believes in a healthy lifestyle. Given the rising temperatures, Alaya had earlier spoken to IANS about her dietary changes for the summers. The actress said that she makes sure to stay hydrated by drinking at least three litres of water throughout the day. In the morning, she likes to have avocado toast with eggs, a small bowl of mango and some nice chilled watermelon on the side.

The actress revealed that the “most important part of my diet” is water intake, especially during the summer. She had told IANS: “I do most of my exercises without a fan or AC in the summer, which means I sweat a lot! So hydration is very important for me.”

She said, “I drink a lot of water during the day and to keep track of it and maximize it, I like to add healthy ingredients to my water. In the morning, when I’m exercising, I drink about 750ml of cucumber, mint and lemon water and also add collagen powder to it.”
