Chunky Pandey is elated with the debut of his daughter Risa Pandey in Le Bal Des. On Thursday, the film legend shared a post on Instagram that showed some BTS glimpses from the ceremony in Paris. The first picture shows Chunky Panday happily posing with Boris Kodjoe and Simon Yam. Chris Martin, lead singer of the rock band Coldplay, was also part of the frame. In the next video, Risa Pandey looks like a modern princess as she takes to the stage wearing an Elie Saab gown. Oh, and, a glimpse of Chunky Panday and Risa’s practice dance session left us thrilled. A family moment of Chunky Pandey, his wife Bhavana Pandey and Risa was the highlight of the album. Sharing those moments, Chunky Pandey wrote, “Happy dads and beautiful daughters.” Le Bal des Ophélie is a prestigious event of Renouard which is celebrated annually. The program involves 20 young women from elite families aged between 17 and 21. They are chosen to represent tradition, style and philanthropy from Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. The aim of this prestigious event is to raise money for charity. Before this, Riya’s sister Ananya Pandey had also debuted.
Earlier, Chunky Panday as a proud father had uploaded a set of pictures from Le Bal De on Instagram. Don’t miss the adorable father-daughter bond in one click. “The Belle of the Ball Le Bal des Paris 2024. My little princess Risa, so proud of you. Keep smiling, ruling and rocking,” read the side note.
Bhavana Pandey also expressed similar sentiments when she became a cheerleader for her daughter. In her post, Risa was seen sharing the frame with Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s daughter Apple and acclaimed screen star Sophia Loren’s granddaughter Lucia Ponti. ICYDK: Apple and Lucia both debuted at the event. Bhavna’s caption read, “My baby girl shining at Le Bal des Paris. But shine. love you.”
Talking about her experience, Risa Pandey said, “Dancing with my father was a moment I will never forget. To be a part of such a beautiful tradition, to represent not only myself but my Indian roots on a global stage was surreal.”
