The remake of the 1994 American film ‘Forest Gump’, Aamir Khan’s last film, ‘Lal Singh Chafdha’ bombed the box office. The actor waited for three years and returned with another remake, Spanish film ‘Campon’, titled ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’.
We forget Aamir Khan’s talent because he takes a long gap, and then comes with a film like ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’ and starts talking around the actor again.
The film released on 20 June is thanking the positive word of mouth. It is a stirring story of ten neurodiors basketball players, assigned a untouchable coach, played by Aamir Khan, a warm head with a hard -needed requirement of a reset.
The film stays with us due to its cool moments, emotional maturity and reluctance to shout for meditation. Here is three comprehensive ways to define RS Prasanna’s ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’:
Tricolor
Before the release of the film, Aamir addressed the remake debate head-on, replying, “Some of our biggest hits have been remake.” He told PTI, “If a cut and paste is very easy, you do it, it’s just a cut and paste. But it is not a cut and paste, you will put your life in it.”
Aamir, we are with you. The story here really breathed life and meaning in the story.
To fit the plot and style of this story into a box, you will need at least a moderate size, if not larger. Do you want to call it a sports drama? Yes you can A story to be sympathetic with disability? Yes again. It is a celebration of human vulnerability, which is unusual in big screen films.
By deliberately maintaining a straight style, ‘Sitare Zamin Paar’ writer Divya Nidhi Sharma brilliantly presents Indian adaptation of ‘Campions’, which only has the right amount of fun.

No disturbance, just pure, unfiltered acting
Do we not try to laugh and take things lightly to get all through important moments of life? In the same way how the whole film plays, thanks to their unfiltered illustration of neurodivargant adults.
‘Sympathy’ may look like the right word, but it is not quite fit; You feel for them, but they never see you with mercy. In fact, they are more common than the ‘general’ version that we often define.
If this was not for current comic relief, the plot would have been very less interesting.
Every character bears a piece of its past, and it is so beautifully painted that you cannot help but understand them. Except for Genelia Deshmukh, no one is trying to steal the spotlight; They exist only within the world, so naturally, seeing them feels less like acting and life more.
If there is one thing, then we need to give full credit to Aamir Khan, this is his acting. For a moment he does not seem to be unmoved or outside the role. One reason is that we have praised him for so long and it becomes clear that when you see him switching him easily between comedy, emotion and charm.
Oh, and yes, he looks great while doing it.

Significance in storytelling
What we get from the point of view of the director is that he is extremely concerned with maintaining the rawness of his story. In a conversation with Hindustan Times, director RS Prasanna shared, “It is best for the director to talk through the film.” And as an audience, how it really comes.
There is a natural progress for the entire plot! Aamir Khan’s distressed married life is an angle who speaks about his childhood mentality and unresolved trauma. This also shows how he grew up as a person struggling with issues of patience and anger, someone who finds it difficult to interact to solve things. After all, this is the team of ‘Sitare’ which teaches him something simple as calling him ‘sorry’ and modification.
Another example of subtlety is a lift sequence. One -two times, Aamir is seen taking the stairs instead of the lift and later, it is shown that he gets stuck and nervous about dying. It defines his fear in the most fun way with him, and we also make peace with it.
Similarly, the short and height-shade (to be specific, called “tingu”) is called his anger, depicted subtle. The story flows originally because he finally comes with it, or instead, finds something positive about it.
In the powerful climax scene, Aamir’s character is destroyed by the team’s defeat in the final game, but the camera goes out to manifest its ‘Sitare’ with joy.
When she reminds Simran Mangeshkar’s character, a big message is subtle reinforced, “we are lost,” and she responds, “No, we came to another place,” proved that some disadvantages are worthy of celebration.
Final view on ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’
To experience this work, there is no way to play it on OTT. ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’ is a kind of film that we can see back one day and label ‘Underated’. Because when it makes a classic Bollywood drama, it ticks all boxes: comedy, emotion, life lesson on marriage, inspiration and everything in the middle.
Why is Aamir worthy of praise? Because at least he is trying to do something new every time. Yes, we can argue again about the remake aspect, but rawness and the way he gives meaning to the story is fine that Aamir should not stop making films. Because honestly, who is not tired of action and romance?
