Chennai: Actress, song writer, singer and composer Shruti Haasan, who is also the elder daughter of actor and politician Kamal Haasan, announced on Tuesday that her handle was hacked on social media platform x.com.
Shruti took the alert to post the stories on her Instagram handle.
She wrote, “Hi Lovelyse, just wants to tell you that my Twitter account has been hacked. It is not posting me. So, don’t interact with that page until I am back.”
The news of Shruti’s account hacking on x.com comes exactly a week after the account of National Award winning music director D Imman, which was hacked earlier this year. Before hacking the account of music director Emman, it was the account of actress and producer Kushubu who was hacked. The actress later managed to recreate the account.
D Eman, whose X account was hacked in March this year, announced on June 18 that he had successfully recovered his account and was far behind the X.
The music director said, “I am happy to inform you all that I am back to X (Twitter) and my account has been successfully recovering! Thank you for your patience and love.”
He also put up a poster, in which it was written, “I am happy to share that my official X (Twitter) account @immancomposer has been successfully fixed. During this time, a big thanks to all those who patiently supported me, and in the last few days to assist the X (Twitter) aid team. Let’s move from here.”
On 7 March this year, Emman took his timeline on his timeline on Instagram to alert his timeline that his X account was hacked. D Emman then said in his post, “Hello everyone, I want to inform you that my official X (Twitter) account (@immancomposer) has been hacked.
“I have currently arrived for ‘X’ support and working on recovering my account as soon as possible. Since I have been in the music industry for 20 years, my credibility and relationship with my followers is very important for me.
“Any misleading or unauthorized material posted by the hacker represents me, and I urge everyone to urge that I ignore any suspicious posts or messages from my account.
He said, “I honestly request X (Twitter) to take immediate action and help me receive access. During this time thank you all for your patience and support. I will update you after keeping control over your account again.”
