The couple, who were married for 11 years, announced their separation in May this year. After announcing their separation, GV Prakash Kumar and Sindhvi faced criticism and trolls. People started speculating about the reasons behind their separation and started spreading rumors as to why they are getting divorced. Responding to the hate, Sindhvi shared a note on Instagram.
The note reads, “It is disappointing to see so many YouTube videos making up stories about the news they received, especially after we requested privacy. To clarify, our divorce is not due to any outside force, and randomly assassinating someone’s character is unacceptable. This decision was taken by both of us with mutual consent for our betterment. GV Prakash and I have been friends for 24 years since our school days and we will continue that friendship in future also. Thank you.”
GV Prakash Kumar and Sandhvi got married in 2013. The couple welcomed a baby girl named Anvi in 2020.
