Singer Rahul Vaidya has been at the center of controversy after calling Indian cricketer Virat Kohli a “clown”. He also claimed that the cricketer allegedly blocked him on Instagram.
Recently, Rahul shared that Virat has now unblock it on Instagram. He expressed his gratitude on social media, thanked the cricketer and praised his achievements. The singer wrote on Instagram, “Thank you for unblocking @Virat.
The alleged disagreement began when Virat preferred a post by actress and influential Avneet Kaur. As the conversation attracted attention online, he addressed the situation with an explanation, holding it responsible for a technical mess.
Virat said in a statement, “When cleaning my feed, it appears that the algorithm may have recorded a conversation by mistake. There was no intention behind it. I request that no unnecessary perception be made.”
After the clarification, Rahul excavated a cricketer. “Aaj ke baad aisa ho sakta hai ki algorithm bohot series such as Karde, which is maintained. So whatever you are, please do not PR around it because it is not my fault. It’s an Instagram fault, is it okay?” He said.
The singer also claimed that Kohli had blocked him on the stage, sarcastically suggesting that the action could have been taken by Instagram itself. When the singer alleged that Kohli’s fans were targeting him and his family online, after a comment, where he referred to Kohli as a “Joker”.
“Virat Kohli’s fan is bigger than Virat!” He wrote in one of his Instagram stories.
In another post, he said, “And now you are abusing me, this is fine, but you are abusing my wife, my sister .. who has nothing to do with it! So I was right that all of you are Virat Kohli’s fan Joker!
