Mumbai:
Shah Rukh Khan showed his appreciation for Ace designer Sabyasachi for feeling like ‘Raja’ during his Met Gala debut.
Claiming that Mate is not his ‘space’, SRK thanked the designer and his team for keeping him comfortably.
“Thx @sabyasachiofficial and the whole team to introduce me to Met Gala. This is not my ‘space’, but U has made me feel so comfortable … Becos You, Mary’s Like, Mary’s Like, Style and Fashion … Just who are you. And U has felt like me!”
Reacting to the post, Aditi Rao Hyder commented, “Best Ever … Forever,” with Red Heart Emojis.
Ananya Pandey also shared many red heart emoji in the comment section.
Shah Rukh’s post also included some stylish pictures of Gala, where Raja Khan was sitting on an unbutton shirt in a floor-bright black trench coat. His dress was extended with chunky jewelery, which included eye popping diamond-staded pendants with several rings. One of these pendants was embellished with “K”. He further carried forward a moving rod with a tiger top on the red carpet as part of his look.
As stated correctly, ‘Mimicry is the most honest form of flattery’, SRK’s BFF Kajol decided to give a big praise to his co-star by coming up with his version of SRK’s Met Look.
“Hmmmmmmmm, spot the difference,” Kajol teased Shahrukh into the caption.
Inspired by SRK, Kajol wore a black coat, with some gruvie accessories, light makeup and a ponytail.
Filmmaker Karan Johar also identified his Met Gala debut as ‘Raja Ki Said’.
Kejo took to his IG and shared a clip of Shah Rukh while walking out in style, as well as caption, “All shout to the king of the Mate !!! The Internet is just broken into a gajilian heart !!!
Dharma Head also posted an image of Shah Rukh with “The King” by SRK manager Pooja Dadlani. The filmmaker added the track “Ghedrop” in the backdrop.
