New Delhi:

A video going viral on social media shows veteran actor and motor racing enthusiast Ajith Kumar meeting with an accident during practice for the upcoming Dubai 24H event.

The race, which begins on January 11, will feature Ajit and his team of drivers, including Fabien Duffieux, Mathieu Detry (Belgium) and Cameron McLeod (Australia), racing under the banner of Ajit Kumar Racing Team.

After the accident, Ajith’s manager, Suresh Chandra, shared that the actor is doing well. “The car was broken down, but nothing happened to him. There is nothing to worry about.” Will be back today for the next practice,” he told the screen.

He said, “Mr. Ajit is one of the four drivers who will be participating in the endurance race to be held this Saturday. He had been practicing driving continuously for four hours. He was also doing the same and driving for about 3 hours. Was doing.” -3.5 hours, and during the last leg of their practice session, there was a turn that didn’t have a lot of visibility, a little bit of a turn, and you would have seen a spinoff.”

The video released by Ajith’s team shows the car spinning seven times after hitting the barrier, but the actor was immediately rescued and taken in an ambulance.

On the work front, Ajith is prepping for his upcoming films Vidamuyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni and Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran. While Good Bad Ugly is scheduled to release on April 10, there is no update yet on the new release date of Vidamuyarchi.

His team, including the captain, is training for a grueling 24-hour race in Dubai, where they will take turns driving like a relay. The accident occurred just minutes before Ajit was to complete his six-hour stint in endurance race practice.
