Ajaz Khan’s Oat Show House Arrest created a ruckus on pornographic material; Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi questions stolen

New Delhi: Streaming platform, ulu, latest reality shows, House Arrest has gone viral for its clear material on social media, triggering resentment among many users.

A viral clip of the show, hosted by former Bigg Boss contestant Ajaz Khan, shows the Khan participants instructing them to hold various sex positions on camera. The clip has criticized seriously to be “Crass,” “” “Aruchikar,” and “deeply aggressive”. In a segment, when a female contestant expressed his unfamiliarity with sexual acts, Khan allegedly encouraged other contestants to showcase them on camera, which led to public outrage.

A user commented, “They talk about on-camera sex positions. It is all shown on TV while the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting remains silent. Such shows should be stopped immediately.”

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi said on X (East Twitter), “I have raised in this standing committee that apps like me and ALT Balaji have succeeded in avoiding me and B ministry ban. I am still waiting for his response.”

Legal action has also been initiated. Advocate Vineet Jindal filed a formal complaint with MIB and Delhi Police, which the show was called “highly objectionable and aggressive”. He urged the officials to take strict action against the stage, its producers and participants. “Such pornographic materials should not be allowed to be transmitted uncontrollably,” Jindal said.

BJP Yuva Morcha Bihar chief Baran Raj Singh also appealed directly to Union I & B minister Ashwini Vaishnav, in which the minors were cited by the possible loss of the show. “In the show, girls are made to take off their bra and panties. As the girls unloaded their underwear, the hosts of the show and the rest of the people,” he wrote on X.

Critics also highlighted the broad track records of the platform. One user wrote, “The owl app owned by the founder and CEO Vibhu Aggarwal is known to target young audiences with bold material. It lacks proper age verification systems and risks violating the POCSO Act,” a user wrote.

As the call intensifies for regulatory action, all eyes are now on the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to determine the future of such materials on Indian streaming platforms.
