Karan Singh Tyagi’s historic court room drama, Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jalianwala Bagh, since its release, has been crossing a mark of 40 crores, earning stable praise and box office success. While the audience was given Akshay Kumar, R. Kesari chapter 2 director talks about the title of the film
Speaking especially from News18 Showsha, director Karan Singh Tyagi revealed that the film had no name initially and was once temporarily the title Shankara. It was only later that Akshay Kumar proposed to tie the film to the Kesari franchise. “We had no title for the longest time. Then Akshay sir came with the idea of naming Kesari Chapter 2. I think it was a great suggestion.”
