Alan Walker’s much-awaited Walkerworld Tour, organized by Sunburn, has created history as the best-selling international tour in India. The month-long tour, which spanned nine major cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, attracted over 160,000 fans, cementing Walker’s immense popularity in the country.
The Norwegian DJ and music producer wowed the audience with a two-hour performance, mixing his classic hits like “Faded” and “Alone” with new tracks from Walkerworld like “Heart Over Mind” and “Spectre 2.0.” He enthralled Indian fans by creating a mix of global and Indian sounds by incorporating local hits.
The tour also featured a star-studded lineup including Bollywood celebrities Alia Bhatt, Kartik Aryan, renowned musician Pritam, singer Guru Randhawa as well as a surprise appearance by the prestigious Shillong Chamber Choir.
Setting another milestone, Walker also created history in Bangalore by becoming the first international artist to include a drone light show in his concert. A fleet of 500 drones presented a mesmerizing sight, marking India’s first EDM concert with a fully integrated drone performance.
