AR Murugados expressed his love and praise for Salman Khan by shared an old incident in Chennai, where he first saw the actor.
Director Murgados, known for films Ghajini And HolidayCollaborated with Salman Khan for the first time for the upcoming film AlexanderIt has been slated to hit theaters on 30 March, 2025.
In the trailer launch event, Ghajini The director shared his fan moment for superstar Salman Khan, including an unexpected meeting with the actor in Chennai.
He said, “I had been struggling for a long time as an advertisement (assistant director). So I wanted to see a shoot, so I went to Prasad Studio in Chennai.
He further explained how he became a fan of Salman after an unexpected encounter with the actor and decided to put him in a film.
“So, I entered. I don’t know. What was the shoot. Full dark smoke, light comes, Sridevi is there. I was surprised. Then suddenly, I see a hero’s back. He is combating his hair. So, I tried to see who the hero was. Years, I have directed the film with him.”
At the trailer launch, Salman reflected his experience working on the film, stating how Murugados pushed him continuously, especially in action scenes, to bring his best.
Meanwhile, filmmaker R. Murugadoss recently expressed his desire to cooperate with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in future.
In an interview with Annie, Murugados, who has already worked with Aamir Khan Ghajini And Salman Khan in the upcoming film AlexanderTalked about the desire to work with the third Khan from his bucket list.
“After this film (Alexander), I have to finish a Tamil film. Then I will think about it (cooperate with SRK). Certainly, this is (on my bucket list); I want to work with her, “said Murgados.
Apart from Aamir and Salman, Murugados has worked with huge stars like Rajinikanth (Court), Victory (Taithi), Mahesh Babu (Spider), Chiranjeevi (Stalin), Suriya (Ghajini) And Ajit (Dheena) Too.
Their next direction, AlexanderThere is an action -rich film that includes Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles.
