Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ crosses Rs 1000 crore at the global box office in record-breaking six days

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: Rules has achieved a remarkable feat by earning Rs 1000 crore at the global box office in just six days. It has become the fastest Indian film to reach this feat. Directed by Sukumar, the film is a sequel to the 2021 Telugu blockbuster. Pushpa: RiseReleased on 5 December, it includes dubbed versions in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali and Malayalam.

Production banner Mythri Movie Makers, which financed the project, shared the latest box office figures on social media, which revealed that the film has earned Rs 1002 crore.

Hindi version of Pushpa 2According to another post by the movie makers, Mythri, whose trailer was launched by Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in Patna last month, has earned Rs 375 crore nett at the box office.

In the sequel, Allu Arjun reprises his role as a laborer turned sandalwood smuggler Pushpa Raj, along with Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat.

The original film, directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, was commercially successful, grossing over ₹ 300 crore in India and establishing a strong fan base beyond the traditional Telugu-speaking audience.

Pushpa 2: Rules It also stars Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil and Anasuya Bhardwaj.
