Gauri Khan has sold Kohinoor Altisimo apartment in Dadar West, Mumbai for Rs 11.61 crore. About 2000 sq ft apartment was purchased by Gauri in August 2022 for Rs 8.5 crore, according to an X post by Japki.
Interior designer and wife of Shah Rukh Khan has made a profit of Rs 3.1 crore from this transaction, which symbolizes 37% profit in the holding period, the post said. This translates an estimated 13% annual return on its investment.
In the post, Japki wrote, “Gauri Khan, wife of a famous interior designer and Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, has sold about 2000 square feet of apartment in Kohinoor Altisimo in Dadar West region of Mumbai for Rs 11.61 crore.”
He said, “After purchasing an apartment for Rs 8.5 crore in August 2022, Khan gained Rs 3.1 crore from this transaction, leading to a 37% increase at the holding period (about 13% annual).”
