On Tuesday, Kunal Kamra breathed from Bombay High Court, which provided him with interim security from arrest till 16 April, according to A. Requirement 18 Report. This relief comes in relation to an FIR by the Shiv Sena in relation to one of his satirical videos and an alleged comment for the purpose of Eknath Shinde. The court also sent notices to the parties involved in the case, making things legally active.
Meanwhile, Kunal Kamra found herself at the center of another storm – this time with bookmisho. The comedian called the ticketing platform on X (East Twitter), alleging that his show was accused of pulling a plug under political pressure.
In an open letter, Kunal Kamra slammed the practices of the platform and demanded access to the figures of the audience collected from ticket sales for their events.
