Amitabh Bachchan broke his silence on the X (East Twitter) on Sunday morning, ending the line of almost three weeks of posting an empty update.
Megastar returned to Hindi with a long and emotional note, in which he wrote about the recent Pahalgam terror attack and praised India’s precise strike operation Sindhor on terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan.
He started his position by recalling the rigorous initiative of 22 April, which claimed the lives of 26 people, mostly tourists, including one from Nepal. The 82-year-old narrated the incident from a woman’s point of view, who was killed by a terrorist in the Point-Black range.
The actor wrote in Hindi, which broadly translates, “While celebrating the holidays, the demon pulled out an innocent husband and wife. She naked her husband, and after completing her so -called religious duty, when she shot her, the wife was falling on her knees and crying, again and again, ‘I don’t kill my husband.’ But that cowardly demon, with extreme cruelty, shot her husband – when the wife cried, ‘kill me too!’ The demon said, ‘No! Thinking about the daughter’s state of mind, a line of the poem of the revered Babuji came to mind: it was as if the daughter went away’ and said: ‘I take the ashes of the funeral pyre in my hands, yet the world asks me for sindoor – (a line by Babuji) and’.
The Hindi tweet broadly translates to an emotionally accused tribute in which Bachchan reflects the symbolic importance of loss pain and army reaction, called the strike “Operation Sindoor”. He closed the post with salute to the Indian Army: “Jai Hind Jai Hind’s Army.”
