New Delhi: Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s much-awaited wedding rituals have begun with great pomp at Antilia. The family recently hosted the grand event at their Mumbai home and stunning pictures from the event have surfaced online on various platforms.
Mameru-Mosalu ceremony at Ambani’s residence
Mosalu is a special ceremony in Gujarati culture that takes place a few days before the wedding. The groom’s mother, Nita Ambani’s mother Purnima Dalal and her sister Mamta Dalal were seen very happy at this ceremony and they performed the ceremony. This tradition shows the love and support of the groom’s mother’s family.
Ananth’s uncles and their families gifted him and Radhika ‘mameru’, which are traditional gifts such as clothes, jewellery and sweets. Radhika’s uncle also gave them sweets and gifts, making this a happy occasion even more.
Akash, Shloka, Isha and Anand Piramal were all seen dressed in traditional attire and happily enjoying the celebrations.

Actress Janhvi Kapoor was spotted with her boyfriend Shikhar Paharia to attend Ambani’s grand event. The couple was dressed in traditional attire. The actress congratulated the groom-to-be and the video was shared by several pap pages on social media.
The high-profile wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will take place on July 12, 2024, at the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai.
The main wedding festivities will begin with the Shubh Vivah ceremony on Friday, July 12. Saturday, July 13 will be the Shubh Ashirwad day. Mangal Utsav or the wedding ceremony will be on Sunday, July 14.
It is being told that Nita Ambani recently visited Kashi Vishwanath temple in Banaras and presented the first wedding invitation card to the Lord.
