In the evening I eat anything healthy and I hit the gym again if I think, especially if I am not shooting, I am doing workouts twice a day, but when I am shooting, I do only workouts only once a day. Then dinner is also cured with brown rice and lentils or cheese. Being a vegetarian, I have a truly less option.
