Faizan Bajmi, son of filmmaker Anees Bajmi, will be directed under direction with the short film “Postman”, with the lead role of famous actor Sanjay Mishra.
Before reaching the audience of the film, Faizan treated netizens with a look poster before his first directing venture.
In the post, a disgruntled Sanjay is shown sitting with a long beard and dirty hair. Their environment also opens a sad vibe.
Sharing the first look post, Faizan wrote on IG, “Postman … Every film starts with a spark … We began with a letter. Our film is proud to share the first look of Postman!”
He revealed that the film could share the story about distance, decisions and weight. The “Postman” follows the visit of a postman living in Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (POK), whose life changes in an unimaginable way after receiving a mysterious letter for him.
Showing his gratitude to everyone involved in the project, he said, “Great to every person who has been a part of this journey … to the artists who breathe in silence … for the crew that made a world paper by a letter … It’s just the beginning.
Meanwhile, as he wrapped shooting for the start of his direction in December 2024, Faizan thanked Sanjay for giving his best to “Postman”.
He wrote, “I want to express my deepest gratitude to a person, which made sure that he would give us his best-@Emasjimishra. Sir, your commitment and passion on the set were no less than magical.”
“You brought an appearance and energy in this film, which brought it to new heights. For a new director like me, your encouragement was really inspiring. I could not thank you enough for believing in the project and to make it feel so comfortable,” the manufacturer said.
