The teaser trailer for Marvel Studios’ film Captain America: Brave New World has finally been released, and it shows Anthony Mackie holding the iconic shield as the new Captain America.
‘Captain America: Brave New World’ is directed by Julius Onah and written by Malcolm Spellman, Dalan Musson and Matthew Orton.
It is the fourth installment of the beloved franchise and the first after Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers took off his superhero suit in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.
Chris Evans has played Steve Rogers in three previous ‘Captain America’ films and four ‘Avengers’ movies. At the end of 2019’s ‘Avengers: Endgame,’ Steve Rogers chooses to return to the past to live out his days with his love, Peggy Carter. Before leaving, he hands over his iconic vibranium shield to Sam, who vows to honor the legacy.
In the new trailer, viewers see Sam interacting with Harrison Ford’s character, US President Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross.
