Mumbai: Shanaya Kapoor marked a special milestone as he wrapped the shooting for his upcoming period comedy “Jessie”. The young actress celebrated the occasion with a cheerful cake-cutting ceremony on the set, surrounded by artists and crews who attended the festival.
Shanaya took her Instagram stories to share a glimpse of the ceremonies and shared a picture of a cake, writing, “Rap for.” Director Shujaat Saudagar also wrote a heartfelt note for Shanaya on the cake display, wrote, “Will Miss YouD, Shining Keeping,” highlighting the bond made during shooting.
To celebrate the rap, the team pulled out a special cake, in which the film read “Rap up for Diana”, revealing the name of Shanaya’s character. Both the director and Kapoor shared a glimpse of the moment on social media, which highlights the formation of “Jessie”.
“Jesse,” directed by Sujat Saudagar, ‘Munjya’ fame actor Abhay Verma in front of Joda Shanaya. The upcoming period has been set in Goa of the 80s. Interestingly, Shanaya Kapoor may not have done his official performance yet, but he already has an impressive lineup of films.
“Jesse” marked its third project, with Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and romantic musical “Ankhon’s Gustakhyan” and followed their roles in “Vrushaba”. In addition, Sanjay Kapoor and Mahip Kapoor’s daughter, Shanaya, is ready to title the survival thriller “Tu or Men”, which was recently declared.
He will be seen in this entertaining thriller with Adarsh Gaurav, who is directed by the Beejoy Nambiar. Supported by producer Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma, the film is set to hit theaters on Valentine’s Day 2026.
The teaser attached Shanaya and Adarsh to a conversation about a possible material collaboration, while Seren was surrounded by backwatters. However, the moment took a dramatic turn when a crocodile suddenly got nervous on the adesh.
