Don’t fret Asha Parekh. The veteran actress is having the best time of her life in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. You must be wondering who is she with? Her best friends- veteran stars Waheeda Rehman and Helen. On Saturday, Asha Parekh shared a picture to keep her fans updated about her vacation diaries. In the picture, the trio can be seen standing inside a luxurious house. The chandeliers and intricate work on the walls exude royalty from every angle. Needless to say, the actresses look stunning as they pose for the camera. In her caption, Helen wrote, “Enjoying the houseboat in Srinagar.”
A few days ago, Asha Parekh uploaded another picture from the same trip. In that frame, the three friends were sitting in a garden and enjoying their meal. The side note read, “In Srinagar with my lovely friends #Helenji and #Waheedaji.” Reacting to the post, Raveena Tandon wrote, “How lovely!” and dropped red hearts.
Asha Parekh, Waheeda Rehman and Helen really set BFF goals. When Waheeda Rehman was announced as the winner of the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for the year 2021, Asha Parekh could not hold back her happiness. Sharing her reaction, the actress told NDTV, “I was thrilled. She is a lovely person, a lovely actress, I am so happy for her.” Speaking fondly about her friend, the actress further added, “She is beautiful. She is beautiful because she is a nice person and it shows on her face.”
When asked about Waheeda Rehman’s return to the film industry, he said, rang De Basanti And Delhi 6Asha Parekh said, “He has done some wonderful films in his life. He left his mark even in his comeback films. He left his mark in whatever he did.”
Earlier, when Asha Parekh was given the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for the year 2020, she celebrated the big win with Helen and Waheeda Rehman. Sharing a picture with her friends on Instagram, the star wrote, “Celebrating winning the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award with Helen and Waheeda.”
