The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed individual brand reputation rankings for boy band members. The institute collected data for 730 boy band members based on consumer participation, community awareness, media activity and communication from July 17 to August 17, and carefully determined the results.
It seems that BTS’s Jin, who overtook Cha Eun Woo in July’s ranking, was unable to retain his position this month. The ASTRO member who topped the individual boy group member brand reputation ranking in both April and May, lost his position to Jin in June and July. While the BTS singer was seen at No. 1 in both those months, Eun Woo was at No. 3 in June and No. 2 in July, competing closely with his BTS rival. After a long wait, he has regained his fame.
High-ranking keywords in Cha Eun Woo’s analysis included, “living in a rental house in Finland,” “ambassador” and “face genius.” On the other hand, his high-ranking related terms included “immaculate,” “advertisement” and “pitch.” The artist’s positivity and negativity analysis also revealed 93.58% positive responses.

Leading names in the ranking of boy group members of the month of August
ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo topped the chart with a brand reputation index of 3,668,606, an increase of 49.39% from his previous score. BTS’ Jin ranked second behind him with a brand reputation index of 3,199,306. He is followed by RIIZE’s Wonbin, whose brand reputation index is 2,781,141, an increase of 36.66% from his previous ranking.
In fourth place is BTS’s Jimin, whose brand reputation index is 2,536,752, showing a 36.27% increase from his July score. Finally, on the top five list is Jungkook. His brand reputation index is 2,108,194, showing a 47.88% increase in his performance compared to last time.
