New Delhi: Famous television actress Barkha Bisht has long been around, and she has some interesting stories to tell about her career. Barkha has been in many Bollywood films, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2014 smash blockbuster ‘Golian’s Raslela Ram-Lela. Recently, an attractive glimpse behind the curtain was provided by Barkha, who appeared on Siddharth Kannan Podcast and discussed his experiences working with Bhansali and his co-actors.
Recalling his experience on the set, he brought the habit of director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Barkha praised Bhansali despite his optimistic attitude and his reputation as a perfection for a pleasing condemnable.
He shared, “Whenever he lost his temper, everyone would calm down on the set, including Ranveer Singh. Thankfully I have never experienced that side, but I have definitely seen it. I was lucky that he was fond of me, but I have seen my co-actors in that position.”

Multiple of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone
Barkha also related a touch and comic story about his time on Ram-Lela with Ranveer Singh. On television, she was known as a “one-tech” artist, but she struggled on the Ram-Lela set and the same shot had to be done to get the same shot right. He said, “I was nervous that my career was about to end,” and revealed that Ranveer had otherwise assured her.
The actress said, “He (Ranveer Singh) came and told me that she had taken 30, and Deepika has done 50.” You are good, “he told me.”
Barkha said that he and Ranveer would talk about their families and origin in the middle of shooting, but they never got to shoot with Deepika Padukone.
‘Golian’s Raslela Ram-Lala’ was a blockbuster rivers drama set against Ram’s love story, played by Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone played by Leela. The film won three awards at the 59th Filmfare Awards and nominated for eight.
