New Delhi: Produced by Vaijayanti Movies and directed by Nag Ashwin, the animated prologue to Kalki 2898 A.D., B&B: Bujji Aur Bhairava, will stream exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories worldwide starting May 31 in Telugu, Hindi, English, and Spanish.
Kalki 2898 AD features stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani.

After the grand launch of the fifth protagonist, Bujji, the first life-size futuristic vehicle in Indian cinema from the science fiction epic, Kalki 2898 A.D., the makers are set to give audiences an unprecedented introduction to the world of the film through a two-episode animated series, B&B: Bujji & Bhairava. Premiering exclusively on Prime Video on May 31 in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide in Telugu, English, Hindi, and Spanish, the animated series features Prabhas’ character, Bhairava, and his best friend, the futuristic vehicle, Bujji.
This leading series marks another milestone for one of the most anticipated films of 2024, which will release worldwide on June 27, making it the first Indian film to launch an animated prologue.
Sharing his thoughts on this, director Nag Ashwin said, “Bujji and Bhairava is a pure joy to work on, exploring the story of these two characters in Kalki is something I enjoyed writing. It introduces the audience to the world and allows us to know more about these characters than the film does.”
B&B: Bujji & Bhairava is a gripping prelude to Kalki 2898 A.D., starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani in lead roles, which created a stir after its grand opening at San Diego Comic-Con last year, and garnered acclaim globally.
Directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, Kalki 2898 AD is a multilingual film that blends mythology and science fiction, set in a futuristic world. The much-awaited film is scheduled to release worldwide on June 27, 2024.
