Mumbai: Bill Gates, founder of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and former CEO of Microsoft, will be seen making a special appearance in one of the upcoming episodes of Smriti Irani starrer ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’.


On Thursday, the makers shared a promo video of the episode, which left fans in awe.


In the video, Bill Gates can be seen warmly greeting Smriti Irani’s iconic character Tulsi by saying “Jai Shri Krishna” over a virtual call.
While sharing the promo on Instagram, the StarPlus team wrote, “This time, a new relationship is being added to the story of #Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi – of health, compassion, and change. Smriti Irani as Tulsi welcomed Bill Gates with “Jai Shri Krishna”, to which the billionaire philanthropist replied, “Namaste Tulsi ji, Jai Shri Krishna.”

The first episode of the second season of this iconic show aired on July 29, 2025, which left fans emotional as it transported them to the early 2000s. Since then social media has been flooded with daily updates, fan theories and nostalgia from the world of Shanti Niketan.
