Veteran Bengali film actor Victor Banerjee has been admitted to a hospital in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand after he complained of severe chest pain, family sources said on Saturday.
Banerjee (78) was admitted to the hospital on August 14 and was kept in the ICU for two days.
“He experienced a stroke-like condition. His condition has improved over the last few days and he has been shifted to the general ward,” a family friend said. PTI,
He said that Banerjee’s wife is with him at the moment.

Banerjee has worked in Hindi, Bengali and English language films.
