Ever since news broke of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s supposedly inevitable divorce, the Bennifer 2.0 real estate shuffling frenzy has become very real.
Although the couple is still embroiled in marital troubles, Lopez has finally moved on from one aspect of her past. The “Marry Me” star recently sold her Madison Park penthouse in New York City for $23 million, according to city property records released Monday. The final sale came seven years after the singer first put it on the market, The New York Post reports. News of JLo’s duplex sale comes just days after her husband purchased a new $20 million property in Los Angeles while they appeared to have been living separately since May.
Reports of a real estate shuffle between them have further fueled speculation about their marital status. However, the “Gigli” co-stars have not publicly commented on any aspect of the various headlines circulating about them online.

Earlier this month, a source told Us Weekly that Bennifer was “in a hurry to sell” their shared 12-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion. “Ben especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there,” the outlet reported.
