Mumbai: Meena, who played the role of Sahar in the entertaining crime drama Chidiya Ud, revealed her preparation process for the role.
The series is the story of a brave young woman Sehar, who comes to Mumbai in search of a better life, but finds herself trapped in a series of unexpected challenges. As she fights to protect her dreams, life and loved ones, the journey of Sahar is full of exciting turn and unwavering determination.
Poja Meena, while sharing information about the journey of preparation of her role, said, “I believe preparation begins long before playing the role. Ever since I decided to act, I have taken frequent training from participating in workshops to making internal flexibility through yoga. Fortunately, I worked with a director that I had deep confidence, and a safe, encouraging environment allowed me to completely dedicate myself. “When the camera rotates, I will flow everything – mind, body and soul in the scene.” There is a craft, but I surrender completely to the character’s experience. It was emotionally difficult to play the role of Sehr, a intense trauma, but when the director eventually says, “shot OK,” it is incredibly satisfying. Despite exhaustion, knowing that you have done justice to the role, it makes it all meaningful. ”
Reflecting her time with the artists of the bird flying, the role further says, “From the first day, the producers welcomed me with warmth and gave importance to my contribution- an incredible feeling for anyone who made a new beginning. Ravi sir, our director is a column of support. Between the busy programs and challenging places like Kamathipura and Rajasthan, his aesthetic attitude and calm behavior created a comfortable atmosphere. His mantra of ‘keeping it sweet and simple’ resonated on the entire set. Working with Jackie sir was equally special, he always encouraged me at every step. They are called “Apna Budu” for a reason – you immediately feel like a family around them. On the set, Alexander Sir’s spontaneity and impulsive style was eye -opening; I would like to assimilate it. Music was connected between Mayur and me, which he uses as a creative fuel, while Mita Madam was always present with her guidance. Behind the curtain, our team united with its passion and dedication and acted like a good oil machine. I am incredibly grateful to all the people of our cinematographers to our producers, Vicky sir, Percy, Baweja Studio and Amazon-MX, who put my heart in the bird flying. This is their collective effort that has made this story alive. ”
Inspired by true events, the bird is a talented artist in the flying, including Jackie Shroff, Bhumika Meena and Alexander Kher in the lead roles.
