Kanye West has once again faced legal trouble, this time in relation to his alleged treatment of employees who were developing his YZYVSN music streaming app. A new lawsuit filed against the Vulture rapper by a group of former employees accuses him and one of his former chiefs of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, of creating a toxic environment with alleged ‘racist comments’. On the other hand, Kanye’s wife, Bianca, has also been dragged into a lawsuit claiming that she sent inappropriate adult content to employees, which allegedly involved minors.
Kanye West and Bianca Censori hit with new lawsuit from former employees
According to TMZ, the legal issues arose in a US District Court, with Kanye West and Milo Yiannopoulos accused of multiple misconduct. However, Bianca Censori was not listed as a defendant. The allegations get even more horrific, alleging that West referred to his employees as “new slaves.” The lawsuit states that Kanye and his associates engaged in “forced labor and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.”

The incident happened when Ye decided to launch the YZYVSN streaming service and app, which could compete with services like Spotify and Apple Music. The move was aimed at avoiding paying these companies to promote his albums and instead release them on his own platform. To this end, he hired several international employees, one of whom may have been 14 years old at the time. Things escalated further in April when Kanye decided to launch Yeezy Porn. According to the lawsuit, his wife, Bianca Censori, allegedly sent an employee a file-sharing link containing inappropriate content. It is alleged that these minors were exposed to the content while developing the app.

The team reportedly consisted of Black members, some of whom were minors, who Milo Yiannopoulos allegedly promised $120,000 upon completion — but only if they agreed to undisclosed terms. The lawsuit claims that both West and Yiannopoulos did not pay fairly, instead subjecting employees to brutal hours and racist abuse. Employees allege they were called “new slaves” and faced inappropriate messages, including Milo using racial emojis and comparing one team member to a school shooter. All team members were reportedly forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
