Kanye West’s wife Bianca Sensori is accused of acting as an “orgy coordinator” for the rapper’s disturbing sexual activities. The shocking allegations come from West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who previously accused the rapper of sexual assault.
Pisciotta alleged that West also expressed a disturbing desire to sleep with his mother-in-law. West, once mired in controversy over unpaid wages, is now facing more serious allegations that could take a toll on his personal and professional life.
Bianca Sensori worked as Kanye’s ‘orgy coordinator’
Lauren Pisciotta, who has filed an 88-page lawsuit accusing Kanye West of drugging, assaulting and subjecting her to her deviant fantasies, now claims that his wife, who has publicly dated her former Yeezy model and architect Also known as, were involved in this. According to a report in the Daily Mail, Pisciotta alleges that West turned his office into a “sexual playground”, with 29-year-old Sensei coordinating the events. The lawsuit details disturbing aspects of West’s behavior, including hosting sex parties at luxury hotels, with Pisciotta claiming she repeatedly subjected him to these situations.

West had previously dismissed his former assistant’s allegations as “baseless.” The ex-OnlyFans model and Instagram influencer, who served as West’s chief of staff at Yeezy between 2021 and 2022, initially filed a lawsuit against him in June.
Kanye West turned his office into a ‘sexual playground’
The lawsuit accuses Ye of wanting to sleep with Bianca’s mother, Alexandra Sensori, describing how Ye created a sexually charged environment in his office, often setting up “makeshift bedrooms” in private spaces. This location reportedly included “a mattress, pillows, and blanket in a private room or closet.”
Hotels reportedly named in the lawsuit include Nobu Ryokan Malibu, Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria and San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.

Former assistant claims Kanye grabbed her by the throat
Ye’s former employee accused him of grabbing her by the throat and forcibly kissing her. Pisciotta alleged that Sensi witnessed the incident without showing any concern. The lawsuit also suggested that Senseori was accustomed to Ye’s inappropriate behavior and engaged in similar sexual acts with her.
Additional claims have emerged following a new lawsuit filed following the arrest of music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. Combs is currently being held in a Brooklyn jail on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering and multiple sexual assault charges, with more than 100 lawsuits reportedly expected to be filed.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta accused West of attending Diddy’s party and claimed he allegedly spiked her drink and raped her. The following day, West reportedly confessed to the encounter and said that they had “made out a little bit.” Shortly afterwards, Pisciotta was removed from his position.
