Day 45 in the Bigg Boss 19 house started with kitchen chaos and ended with unexpected laughs. From heated clashes over food responsibilities to new friendships and introspection sessions, emotions were running high but so was the entertainment. Farhana vs Tanya – The Kitchen Clash
Farhana calls Tanya for cooking extra food, which immediately leads to a heated argument. Tanya defended herself saying that she was only making parathas for everyone and accused Farhana of using harsh words. Farhana hit back by claiming that Tanya herself often makes equally derogatory comments.

Farhana and Amaal clash with each other
The kitchen drama continued as Amaal and Farhana clashed over duties. Farhana insisted that everyone should cook collectively, while Amaal raised her voice and said that if someone leaves their duty, everyone should handle their own food. When Farhana called her selfish, Amaal hit back and said, “It has to be.” The controversy escalated when Farhana accused both Amaal and Neelam of selfishness.

Amaal vs Gaurav – Apology Controversy
Amaal urges Gaurav to apologize to Neelam On any work-related issue. Gaurav refuses saying that he has already clarified the matter with Neelam. The disagreement turned into a heated argument, in which Farhana and other housemates intervened. Neelam finally ended it by saying, “I don’t want anyone’s regrets.”
Mridul’s heart-to-heart talk with Malti
During a reflective conversation, Malti asked Mridul what she learned in the Bigg Boss house. Talking about her personal growth, Mridul said that she has realized how people create unnecessary “issues” and how important it is to balance confrontation with understanding. The main event of the day – the “Bibi Retreat” – had two parts. Tanya hosted a motivational session, and Malti conducted a palmistry reading. Their sessions dictated 40% rationing, while the remaining 60% came from a physical challenge where contestants had to create shapes using their bodies, with Farhana as the observer.
