Blake Lively names her and Ryan Reynolds’ kids in lawsuit against Justin Baldoni: Here’s why

Blake Lively has named her children with Ryan Reynolds in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni.

Blake Lively’s lawsuit against It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni is coming to fruition with more sensational claims. The 37-year-old actress has revealed that she and her newborn son, Olin, contracted COVID-19 due to the lack of proper protection on set. Additionally, Lively alleges that Baldoni, 40, failed to inform her that she had been exposed to the virus, adding to the already shocking legal battle.

Lively and her children were exposed to Covid

Lively claimed in her lawsuit that the production lacked insurance for COVID-related delays and that Baldoni expressed frustration over the loss of time and money when he became infected with the virus and was unable to work.

Legal documents state, “Ms. Lively was told by another manufacturer that Wayfarer did not have insurance coverage for COVID. Mr. Baldoni deliberately concealed from Ms. Lively that she had been exposed to COVID. Both Ms Lively and her newborn baby contracted COVID from the outbreak, as reported by DailyMail.

The legal paperwork also says the Gossip Girl actor tried to raise concerns with Baldoni and producing partner Jamie Heath about the situation, but was put on hold. The statement read, “Ms. Lively expressed her outrage that Mr. Heath and Mr. Baldoni concealed the fact that she was exposed to a COVID outbreak on the set, causing her and her infant Got infected with COVID.”

The statement further said, “Instead of accepting responsibility and committing to safety moving forward, they expressed displeasure at the missed production days and resulting costs.

List of conditions for Lively to return to film sets

As production resumed following the WGA and SAG strikes, Blake Lively outlined a list of conditions that needed to be met in order to return to filming, and she included these demands in her legal filings. .

One of their requests read, “If BL is exposed to COVID-19, Wayfarer or any producer or production executive shall immediately inform the “Early notice should be provided”.

In her lawsuit, filed on December 20, Lively accused Baldoni of not only sexual harassment and a hostile work environment, but also of deliberately running a smear campaign to tarnish her image and career.
