Norwegian journalist Kjersti Flaa has said she was hurt by Blake Lively’s “little lump” comment during a 2016 interview because she was infertile.
Blake Lively is facing criticism for her ‘tone-deaf’ promotional tour for the film It Ends With Us, which deals with a sensitive issue like domestic violence. Amid this backlash, Norwegian reporter and journalist Kjersti Flaa shared her experience while interviewing her for Cafe Society in 2016, and called the conversation a ‘nightmare’. In a new interview with the Daily Mail, as Report As per a report published by Page Six, the journalist has now revealed that the actor’s comment hurt her more because she was ‘infertile’. what did the journalist say
The journalist said, “Honestly, it’s hurtful because I was obviously not pregnant and I could never be pregnant. So that comment to me was like a bullet in the face… It was a very traumatic experience for me. I went there to work, and they made sure it was as difficult as possible for me.”
She added, “I went there so they could promote a movie. I was invited to meet them. It definitely didn’t feel like that. I felt disrespected and ignored, and it made me question whether I would ever want to do interviews like that again.”

The actor has been facing severe criticism on social media for his rude behaviour with the interviewer. During the chat, Flaa congratulated the actor as she had recently confirmed that she was pregnant with her second child. The actor replied, “Congratulations on your little belly.”
Flay posted the interview on his YouTube channel last week, captioning it, “The Blake Lively interview that made me quit my job.” He further wrote in the description, “Sitting down with Blake Lively and her co-star Parker Posey for Café Society (2016) was the most uncomfortable interview I have ever done.”
