Next, Jonah is shown chasing Flaherty to a remote location, as the confrontation turns into a violent fight between them. In the end, he shoots Flaherty, but the details are not shown, leaving the overall situation ambiguous.
As they talk at the gravesite, Jonah’s grandfather Edwin tries to console him. However, Jonah’s anger is still intense, his actions put him in danger both personally and professionally.

Danny’s transfer decision
Danny is considering a big career decision after receiving a permanent job offer from the Boston Police Department.
But to accept the offer he would have to end his contract work and retire from the NYPD. In Boston, he is seen juggling a lot of paperwork along with his official role. One of the main reasons he came to Boston was to help his son adjust to the area.
Since Ronan Flaherty was released due to corruption, District Attorney Mae Silver fires an assistant ADA for leaking private information related to the case for money. The judge also overturned several other cases simply because the ADA was involved in the case.
Meanwhile, Sarah is hoping to find new evidence to re-arrest Flaherty, while Lena focuses on the case of the NSA agent’s death.
