Individual K-pop idol brand reputation rankings for June are released!
BTS’s eldest member Jin has conquered these monthly charts by immediately getting back to business with a hug event to celebrate the concert’s 11th anniversary earlier this month. Recently discharged from the military, the “Astronaut” singer is undeniably a raging, buzzworthy topic of pop culture at the moment.
This craze has led to him dominating the overall individual idol brand reputation ranks. According to the Korean Business Research Institute, an analysis of consumer involvement, community awareness, media coverage and interaction index showed that Jin topped the charts, with the resulting data from 1,730 idols in the industry compared from May 29 to June 29.

Jin took the lead with a brand reputation index of 6,270,885, a huge jump of 287.04% from his May score. Keyword analysis associated with the artist revealed that “free hugs”, “billboard”, and “super tuna” are high-ranking phrases related to him. On the other hand, the highest-ranking terms included in his keyword analysis included “military holiday”, “charming”, and “congratulations”. Jin’s staggering win over other K-pop idols also revealed 90.21% positive reactions in his favor.
Where did the other BTS members stand in the individual idol rankings?
Jin’s bandmates Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope, and V ranked #4, #6, #8, and #10 in the top 10 rankings. The “Standing Next to You” songstress scored a brand reputation index of 3,993,071.
BTS leader RM followed behind at #11, while Suga completed the group’s ranking at #17.
Other K-pop stars in the top 5
IVE’s Wonyoung has topped the individual girl group member rankings for several consecutive months. After Jin, she rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 4,430,238. This month her group mate, An Yujin, joined the top 5 rankings with a brand reputation index of 3,773,034.

Meanwhile, ASTRO’s Cha Eunwoo found his well-deserved spot at #3 with a score of 4,081,551. The “Stay” hitmaker has also remained undefeated on the boy group member rankings on multiple accounts. Jin dethroned him this month by leading the chart following his return to the K-pop scene.
