BTS leader RM aka Kim Namjoon turned 30 on Thursday and he gave his fans a glimpse of his current life, along with writing a special note for ARMY. He sent a lot of love to his fans through the note and said that their love helps him endure everything in life. Special gifts for fans
On Thursday, RM also shared several photos of his life on Instagram, including a photo of him with the child of his fashion stylist and director. He is currently completing his military training. His service will end in 2025.
“Hi. I love you all! I’m 30 (already…) Thank you so much for sending me your warmest greetings on this day when I too often felt insignificant. You know, it’s because of you that I’m able to endure well,” he began.
Putting his thoughts into words, he said, “The Buddha has a saying. ‘You only live on your own as a lighthouse’. When you are confused in Hwachen. When I get angry without reason, I think of this word,” he said.
He admitted there were a lot of things he wanted to share, but he used pictures to express his thoughts.
The rapper said, “There’s so many things I want to say right now. Today, I’m thinking about changing it to just some pictures I posted on Instagram. There has to be a time and place to talk about it in a more beautiful and amazing way, like RPWP (or documentary). It’s not here yet.”
Giving information about his military training, RM said, “My military life is half over now. Every time I walked 3 km to the Nonsan Training Center. It was the halfway point where I would get out of breath. It sucks. The snow falls and the sun changes. After the weather gets warmer and the cherry blossoms bloom, I will come back bravely next time.”
He concluded his letter by saying, “Good day, good words and good heart. Please stay well. I love you”.
