Shoaib faced criticism for promoting his Vlogue after a tragic incident.

New Delhi:

On 22 April, a heinous terrorist attack took place in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. At least 26 people were killed in the tragic incident. Television actors Shoaib Ibrahim and Deepika Kakar migrated a narrow migration as they left Kashmir a day before the terrorist attack.

In his Instagram stories, Shoaib assured fans that they were safe. However, the actor faced cruel trolling to eliminate his note, “New Vlog is coming soon.”

Despite the growing backlash, Shoaib Ibrahim again posted a note on his Instagram stories on Saturday, teasing fans about his new Vlog. Against a black background, he wrote, “New Vlog Jalaldi.” Shoaib did not react to trolling and simply added a smiling emoji to his note.

On the day of the attack, Shoaib Ibrahim posted an update on his Instagram stories. He wrote, “Hi friends, you are all worried about our good … We all saf hain the hain, Aj hi we left me Kashmir in the morning … (We are all safe, we left Kashmir this morning), and we arrived safely from Delhi … Thank you for all concerns .. Thank you for all the worries .. coming soon.”

Shoaib did not sit well with his audience, referring to “New Vlog” in his note. Many users called the actor to be “tone-defade and insensitive”, especially in view of such tragic incident. Read the full story here.

Deepika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim were married in Bhopal in February 2018. The couple has a son named Ruhan.

Returning to the attack, it took place on Tuesday afternoon at a popular meadow near Pahalgam, where terrorists set fire to tourists, killing 28 people. An Navy officer and an officer from the Intelligence Bureau were also killed in the attack.

The military choppers were pressed into service for the evacuation of the injured, as the area is accessible only on foot or horse’s back. This is the deadliest strike in the valley since the 2019 Pulwama attack.
