Carl Dean, husband of veteran singer Dolly Parton, has died.
Parton announced her husband’s death through a post on social media. He was 82 years old, according to diversity. The cause of death was not revealed.
“Carl and I spent many amazing years together,” Parton wrote in an Instagram post.
“The word cannot do justice to the love shared by us for more than 60 years. Thanks for your prayers and sympathy. They will be immediately placed to rest in a private ceremony with the family. He was alive by his brothers -in -law Sandra and Doni. The family said for secrecy during this difficult time,” he said.
After knowing about the unfortunate news, members of the showbiz took a pinch in the comment section and paid their heartfelt condolences.
“Oh my heart! I am very sorry for your loss! My heart hurts for you! My deep sensation. Praying for you and you have to send love and prayer,” Khloe Kardashian commented.
The partners and dean were together for about six decades. Their marriage on May 30, 1966, at Ringhold, Georgia, with the presence of Parton’s mother, two years later, after starting dating, which began at the age of 18.
Dean was rarely seen with him, even in the early years of their marriage, before she became a country-pap and music/screen crossover sensation.
