Navriri is a sacred festival dedicated to Goddess Durga, which is celebrated with devotion, fasting and rituals. The morning hours during this period are considered highly auspicious, making them ideal for attracting positive energy. Here during Navratri, some morning rituals are given to increase their spiritual and mental welfare.

1. Morning dawn with holy water
Start your day by bathing with water with a few drops of Ganga water or rose water. It purifies the body and mind, prepares you for worship and meditation.
